- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-307 de 1996 en relacion con las expresiones "concejales y miembros de las juntas administradoras locales" y el literal b), del numeral 1deg del articulo 44 de la Ley 200 de 1995.
- Segundo. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-426 de 1996, en relacion con la expresion "diputados" y el literal b), del numeral 1deg del articulo 44 de la Ley 200 de 1995.
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones "gobernadores" y "alcaldes" y el literal b), del numeral 1deg del articulo 44 de la Ley 200 de 1995.
