Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio 151 sobre la proteccion del derecho de sindicacion y los procedimientos para determinar las condiciones de empleo en la administracion publica", adoptado en la 64a reunion de la conferencia general de la Organizacion Internacional del Trabajo, Ginebra, 1978, en los terminos expuestos por esta sentencia.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 411 del 5o de noviembre de 1997, "por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio 151 sobre la proteccion del derecho de sindicacion y los procedimientos para determinar las condiciones de empleo en la administracion publica", adoptado en la 64a reunion de la conferencia general de la Organizacion Internacional del Trabajo, Ginebra, 1978"", de conformidad con lo senalado en la presente sentencia.
