- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo de alcance parcial de complementacion economica entre los Gobiernos de las Republicas de Colombia, Ecuador, Peru y Venezuela, paises miembros de la Comunidad Andina, y el Gobierno de la Republica Federativa del Brasil" suscrito en Montevideo el doce (12) de agosto de 1999.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE Ley 661 del 30 de julio de 2001.
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines establecidos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Constitucion Politica.
