- Declárase EXEQUIBLE el parágrafo 2 del artículo 16 de la Ley 335 de 1996, que dice:
- "Los concesionarios de canales nacionales de operación privada deberán destinar el uno punto cinco por ciento (1.5%) de la facturación bruta anual para el Fondo de desarrollo de la televisión pública, y será pagadero trimestralmente".
