- Declarar EXEQUIBLES los articulos 155 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, 113 del decreto 1213 de 1990 y 129 del decreto 1214 de 1990, en el entendido de que, conforme a lo senalado en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el termino de prescripcion es aplicable en relacion con las prestaciones unitarias de contenido patrimonial y las mesadas pensionales previstas en cada decreto.
