ARTICULO 129. Prescripción. El derecho a reclamar las prestaciones sociales consagradas en este estatuto prescribe a los cuatro (4) años, que se cuentan desde la fecha en que la respectiva prestación se hace exigible. El reclamo escrito recibido por entidad competente sobre un derecho o prestación determinada interrumpe la prescripción, pero solo por un lapso igual.
