- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES el “Acuerdo entre la República de Colombia y la República de Chile para la promoción y protección recíproca de las inversiones, y su protocolo, hechos en Cartagena de Indias, el 22 de enero de 2000 y sus canjes de notas aclaratorias, de 22 de enero de 2000, y de 9 y 30 de marzo de 2000”, y la ley 672 de 2001 aprobatoria del mismo.
- Segundo. Comunicar esta decisión al Presidente de la República y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines pertinentes.
