Decreto Legislativo número 129 de 21 de enero de 2010 “Por medio del cual se adoptan medidas en materia de control a la evasión y elusión de cotizaciones y aportes al sistema de protección social y se dictan otras disposiciones”.
La Corte declara la inconstitucionalidad por consecuencia del presente Decreto ya que fue expedido en virtud del estado de emergencia social adoptado por medio del Decreto 4975 de 2009 y a raíz de la declaratoria de inexequibilidad de este último, deviene a su vez inconstitucional.
