- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 58 de la Ley 9º de 1989, siempre y cuando se entienda que el mandato de cesión gratuita no es aplicable a las sociedades de economía mixta en donde la participación estatal sea menor de la requerida para que tal sociedad sea asimilable a una empresa comercial e industrial del Estado.
