- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE el "TRATADO CULTURAL Y EDUCATIVO ENTRE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA DE HONDURAS" hecho en Bogotá a los veintisiete (27) días del mes de abril de mil novecientos noventa y nueve y la Ley 1075 de 2006 aprobatoria del mismo.
- SEGUNDO. Enviar copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la República y a la Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos pertinentes a que alude el artículo 241, Num. 10, de la Constitución Política.
