- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES las disposiciones del "CONVENIO DE TAMPERE SOBRE EL SUMINISTRO DE RECURSOS DE TELECOMUNICACIONES PARA LA MITIGACION DE CATASTROFES Y LAS OPERACIONES DE SOCORRO EN CASOS DE CATASTROFE", adoptado en Tampere, Finlandia, el dieciocho (18) de junio 1998.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 847 de 2003, por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho convenio.
- TERCERO. Enviar copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y a la Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos pertinentes a que alude el articulo 241, Num. 10, de la Constitucion Politica.
