- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "PROTOCOLO FACULTATIVO DE LA CONVENCION SOBRE LOS DERECHOS DEL NINO RELATIVO A LA PARTICIPACION DE NINOS EN LOS CONFLICTOS ARMADOS", adoptado en Nueva York el 25 de mayo de 2000, asi como la Ley 833 del 10 de julio de 2003, por medio de la cual fue aprobado.
