- POR MANDATO DE LA CONSTITUCION,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Estese a lo resuelto en la sentencia No. C-409 de 15 de septiembre de 1994, respecto a la frase "cuyas pensiones se hubiesen causado y reconocido antes del 1o. de enero de 1988", y el inciso final del articulo 142 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
- SEGUNDO. Declaranse exequibles los apartes demandados de los articulos 15 numeral 1o., 33 paragrafo 4, 36 inciso 1o., 129, 133 paragrafo 3o., asi como el literal b) del articulo 259 de la Ley 100 de 1993 en lo relativo a los cargos formulados.
- TERCERO. Declarase inexequible el literal d) del articulo 259 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
