- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 567 de 2 de febrero de 2000, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Acuerdo De Cooperacion y Asistencia Judicial En Materia Penal Entre El Gobierno De La Republica De Colombia Y El Gobierno de la Republica Venezuela, suscrito en Caracas, el 20 de febrero de 1998, y el Acuerdo mismo.
- Segundo. Comuniquese esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviese copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
