- Primero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el artículo 375 del Decreto 2700 de 1991 (Código de Procedimiento Penal) en la parte que dice: "...el Fiscal podrá librar orden escrita de captura para efectos de la indagatoria".
- Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el artículo 387 del mismo Código en la parte que dice: "...con la medida de aseguramiento si hubiese prueba que la justifique".
- Tercero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE, en su totalidad, el artículo 388 del mismo Código.
