Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones "y son responsables de cualquier demora que ocurra en ellos, si es ocasionada por negligencia suya" contenida en el articulo 2o del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil y "so pena de incurrir en responsabilidad por las demoras que ocurran", consignada en el numeral 1) del articulo 37 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
