En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
R E S U E L V E
PRIMERO. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el articulo 1o. num. 227 del Decreto 2282 de 1989, el cual modifico el paragrafo 2o. numeral 2o. del articulo 424 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
SEGUNDO. Comuniquese al Gobierno Nacional para los fines contemplados en el articulo 241, numeral 10 de la Constitucion Politica.
