Ley 100 de 1993, articulo 15 (parcial). <br>las actoras alegan que la norma impugnada desconoce el principio de igualdad al permitir la afiliacion voluntaria al sistema de pensiones de los extranjeros que permanezcan en el pais en virtud de contrato de trabajo y no esten cubiertos por algun regimen en nacion extranjera. <br>la corte encontro que la asimilacion de la cual parten las accionantes no es idonea pues, en ese sentido, la situacion de los naciones y los extranjeros no es equiparable.
Ello condujo a afirmar que las demandantes no integraron la proposicion juridica completa y, en consecuencia, no se plantearon elementos que permitieran efectuar el juicio de igualdad. <br>inhibida <br>
