- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional,
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Declarar la constitucionalidad del articulo 1o de la Ley 15 de 1.982 en la parte que dice "Los dineros oficiales para el pago de pensiones de jubilacion, vejez, invalidez y muerte son inembargables", dejando a salvo las situaciones en las cuales la efectividad del pago de las obligaciones laborales solo pueda hacerse mediante el embargo de los mismos, en cuyo caso el embargo correspondiente se ajustara a lo senalado en el articulo 117 del Codigo Contencioso Administrativo.
