Vida, igualdad, debido proceso.
El actor solicita se ordene a la entidad accionada exonerarlo del pago del impuesto predial unificado, debido a que es una persona de avanzada edad que no posee recursos económicos y su casa se encuentra ubicada en una zona de alto riesgo, la entidad accionada negó la petición por no haberse acreditado la zona de riesgo durante la vigencia fiscal anterior.
La Corte encuentra improcedente la acción interpuesta, debido a que existen otros mecanismos de protección y dentro del expediente no aparece demostrado el perjuicio irremediable, además la resolución acusada cumple con los requisitos formales y sustanciales que rodena su expedición y se presume legal.
