Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Palmira, el 10 de febrero de 2000 en la tutela T-301085 presentada por el señor Huverley Ospina Correa, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, y en su defecto CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Tercero. Penal Municipal de Palmira del cuatro de enero de dos mil.
Segundo. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Palmira, el 11 de febrero de 2000 en la tutela T-301087 presentada por el señor Danilo Marmolejo Ramírez, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, y en su defecto CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Palmira del cinco de enero de dos mil.
Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
