- Primero. Revocar la Sentencia proferida el 11 de abril de 2003 por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
- Segundo. Declarar la nulidad de la sentencia proferida el 19 de noviembre de 2002 por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali en el proceso de fuero sindical promovido por Jesus Jenis Sanchez contra el INPEC.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali que dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, proceda a dictar nuevamente la sentencia de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este pronunciamiento.
- Cuarto. Dese cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
