- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 68 Penal Municipal de Bogota, el 2 de mayo de 2003 y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por violacion al derecho de igualdad, al buen nombre y a la honra.
- SEGUNDO. Enviese copia de la presente sentencia a la Defensoria del Pueblo para que ejerza una vigilancia protectora a los derechos del menor indigena y desplazado senor Andres Felipe Gomez.
