- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el H. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, Sala Laboral, de fecha 10 de mayo de 1999, que, a su vez, revocó el fallo de tutela de 23 de marzo de 1999, dictado por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Santa Marta, el cual concedió el amparo de los derechos a la dignidad humana, igualdad, protección de la tercera edad, a la seguridad social, al pago oportuno de las pensiones y sus reajustes periódicos, interpuesta por la señora Reneta Zúñiga de Socarrás, contra la Lotería del Libertador.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
