- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por la razon anotada en la parte motiva, la sentencia de tutela dictada, el 15 de abril de 1999, por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Monteria, Cordoba, en la cual se confirmo la providencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Monteria, que denego el amparo solicitado por el Personero Municipal de Monteria, Cordoba.
- Segundo. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
