Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida en el expediente T-298922 por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, con base en los precisos términos a que se contrae la parte considerativa de esta decisión.
Segundo. Ordénase a la Empresa Acerías Paz del Río que asuma todos los gastos médicos requeridos por el demandante y sus beneficiarios hasta tanto se ponga al día en el pago de los aportes al Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
Tercero. Compulsar copias de la presente decisión a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, con el objeto que investigue lo pertinente.
Cuarto. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Quinto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
