- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 28 de febrero de 2008 por la Seccion Primera del Consejo de Estado, que revoco el dictado el 7 de diciembre de 2007 por el Tribunal Administrativo de Quindio y denego la accion de tutela promovida a nombre de Alfredo Coneo Gamarra, contra el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por la razon senalada en esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
