PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR La sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, de fecha de 31 de enero de 2000, que confirmó el fallo proferido el 1 de diciembre de 1999 por el Juzgado Veintisiete Penal del Circuito de la ciudad de Medellín, a través del cual negó la tutela de la referencia.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
