- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia del catorce (14) de diciembre de dos mil (2000), proferida por el Juzgado Veinticuatro Penal del Circuito de Bogotá en el proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General devolver el expediente número 52.304, correspondiente al proceso de cancelación de la personería jurídica al Sindicato de Trabajadores del Departamento Administrativo de Acción Comunal de Bogotá, Distrito Capital "SINTRACODE" al Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
