- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias objeto de revisión en la tutela instaurada por María Cristina Hinestroza y CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo y ORDENAR el reintegro de la trabajadora al cargo que venía desempeñando y el pago de los salarios correspondientes, sin solución de continuidad.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. INFORMAR a la Defensoría del Pueblo en Chocó para que se tomen los correctivos del caso, sobre el posible hecho de que en CONFACHOCO se contrate en "período de prueba" y no se pague salario; o en casos como el que motiva la presente tutela, no se afilie a la seguridad social.
