- Primero. Amparar el derecho constitucional de petición a la señora María Sonia Trinidad Valencia.
- Segundo. Revocar la sentencia proferida en el proceso de la referencia por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Villavicencio y, en su lugar, Ordenar al Seguro Social que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, profiera el acto administrativo que resuelva de manera definitiva la solicitud elevada por la accionante.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
