- Primero. LEVANTAR los términos suspendidos dentro del trámite de la presente acción de tutela.
- Segundo. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Chocontá y en consecuencia NEGAR la protección del derecho a la igualdad de la señora Ana Elvia Gualteros, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al señor alcalde municipal de Chocontá que adelante con mayor diligencia todas las actuaciones tendientes a recuperar el espacio público correspondiente a la vía de la carretera Sisga-Brisa costado derecho, vinculando a todos y cada uno de los presuntos ocupantes de este espacio.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General líbrese las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
