COMPULSA COPIAS del expediente a la Sala Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Cauca para que investigue la presunta responsabilidad disciplinaria del funcionario o los funcionarios que propiciaron la dilación injustificada de los términos señalados para resolver la solicitud de libertad condicional de HENRY BUSTOS MORENO.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
