  1. Primero. REVOCAR, la sentencia del ocho (8) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia - Sala de Casación Laboral, mediante la cual se negó la tutela impetrada por la señora Dennys Dolores Ararat.
  2. Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela al derecho fundamental de petición. En consecuencia ordena a la Caja de Previsión Social del Departamento del Cauca o a quien corresponda, resuelva sobre la petición "de liquidación, reconocimiento y pago de pensión de jubilación" presentada por la señora Dennys Dolores Ararat, si para la fecha de notificación de esta providencia no lo ha hecho.
  3. Tercero. Por secretaría comuníquese esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán - Sala de Tutela, para que sean notificadas las partes de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
