Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de julio 16 de 1998, proferidas por el Juzgado 18 Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, dentro de los expedientes T-176.642, T-176.643 y T-176.649, por los motivos expuestos en esta sentencia.
Segundo. REVOCAR EL NUMERAL
SEGUNDO. de las sentencias de julio 16 de 1998, proferidas por el Juzgado 18 Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, dentro de los expedientes T-176.644 y T-176.650. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión, para que en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la comunicación de la presente providencia, resuelva las solicitudes presentadas por los señores Zoila Alicia Rubio de Varela y Alonso Camargo Pérez.
Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente sentencia a la Caja Nacional de Previsión y al apoderado de los accionantes.
Cuarto. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
