- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la Sentencia proferida el 5 de marzo de 1997 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito Judicial de Cartago (Valle), en el proceso de tutela incoado por el ciudadano Jose Rodrigo Correa Salazar en contra del Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario IDEMA.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991-.
