- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 22 de febrero de 1999 por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, en el proceso de tutela instaurado por el ciudadano RODRIGO DE JESUS AMAYA contra SALUDCOOP y el HOSPITAL FEDERICO LLERAS ACOSTA, que denegó la acción.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
