- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 12 de marzo de 1999 por el Tribunal Superior de Tunja, Sala Laboral y ORDENAR a la Junta Departamental de Educación de Boyacá y al Gobernador de dicho Departamento que cuando ocurra la primera vacante en Tunja, en las condiciones indicadas en la parte motiva, se le dará prelación a la petición de traslado de la profesora Hidaith Rojas Acosta.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el Juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas adecuadas.
