Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Guadalajara de Buga, el 22 de enero de 2003 y la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 6 de marzo del mismo año, mediante las cuales no se accedió al amparo constitucional solicitado en la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. REMITIR copia de esta Sentencia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, según lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia, para lo de su competencia.
Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
