- RESUELVE
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la decision del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayan, Sala Laboral, que concedio de manera transitoria la proteccion de los derechos a la seguridad social, salud y vida de la demandante, hasta tanto se de pronunciamiento respectivo en la jurisdiccion laboral.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
