- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Chiquinquira, mediante la cual se concedio el amparo del derecho fundamental a conformar el poder politico del accionante, dentro del proceso de la referencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
