  1. PRIMERO. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida en la presente accion de tutela el 13 de abril de 1994 por el Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, Sala Civil y, consecuencialmente la dictada en primera instancia por el Juzgado
  2. Sexto. Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad.
  3. SEGUNDO. CONCEDASE la Tutela impetrada por Miguel Angel Muriel Silva y ordenese al Presidente de la Camara de Representantes en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, incorporar a dicha persona en la lista de Representantes a la Camara, ordenar a registro su inscripcion y concretar en actos materiales las consecuencias propias de la posesion de Miguel Angel Muriel Silva como Miembro del Congreso, segun lo indicado en los considerandos de esta sentencia.
  4. TERCERO. Remitase copia de todo lo actuado a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion y la Procuraduria General de la Nacion para que investiguen las conductas de los ciudadanos
  5. Segundo. Salvador Lasso Gomez, Julio Mesias Mora Acosta y Miguel Angel Muriel Silva en relacion con el "acta de compromiso" suscrita entre ellos y reproducida en la pagina 4 de esta sentencia.
  6. CUARTO. COMUNIQUESE esta sentencia a Miguel Angel Muriel Silva, a Julio Mesias Mora Acosta, al Presidente de la Camara de Representantes, al Defensor del Pueblo.
