- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expresadas, la sentencia del cinco (5) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de El Cocuy, que concedió la tutela solicitada por la señora Miryam Angarita Rincón.
- Segundo. Por las razones explicadas, ordenar al Notario Único de El Cocuy, que, si aún no se ha realizado, y las partes están de acuerdo, continúe el trámite para que se celebre el matrimonio civil solicitado. Para este efecto, el notario deberá proceder dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR esta decisión al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de El Cocuy, Boyacá, para que sean notificadas las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
