- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida en el asunto de la referencia por el Juzgado Setenta y uno (71) de Instrucción Penal Militar del Departamento de Policía de Risaralda, el treinta (30) de julio del presente año, en virtud de la cual resolvió denegar la protección solicitada.
- Segundo. Líbrese por la Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
