R E S U E L V E
PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 22 de julio de 1992, proferida por el Juzgado Segunda Penal del Circuito de Calarcá, Quindio, que denegó la tutela solicitada por el señor SAMUEL DE JESUS ECHEVERRY GARCIA.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por el señor SAMUEL DE JESUS ECHEVERRY GARCIA y, en consecuencia, revocar las resoluciones 118 y 153 de 1992 del Consejo de Disciplina de la Penitenciaría "Peñas Blancas", así como la decisión del 10 de junio de 1992 adoptada por el mismo Consejo.
TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juzgado 2o. Penal del Circuito de Calarcá, Quindio, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
