- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en los fundamentos jurídicos, la sentencia del 3 de junio de 1992, proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Banco de Bogotá, a la Asociación Bancaria de Colombia y a Covinoc que acrediten ante el Juez de Primera instancia la eliminación total en sus centrales de información de los datos del señor DIONISIO MENDEZ BELTRAN, bajo las sanciones legales del artículo 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. El Juzgado de instancia velará por la ejecución de esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juez 31 Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
