- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión del término decretada por esta Sala.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida el 25 de febrero de 2003 por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Cali.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Hospital Universitario del Valle "Evaristo García" E.S.E. que, mientras a la señora Olga Lucía Hernández Miranda le es practicada una encuesta SISBEN para determinar el nivel de pobreza en que se encuentra, y hasta tanto la menor Valentina González Hernández sea afiliada a una A.R.S., le brinde a esta última de manera integral e inmediata todos los servicios que pueda requerir con ocasión de su enfermedad, sin aducir obstáculos de tipo económico para ello.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
