- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Medellín el 13 de marzo de 2003, dentro del proceso de la acción de tutela instaurada por Gloria Marleny Benítez contra Saludvida A.R.S., y en su lugar conceder la protección de los derechos a la salud y a la integridad física de Alejandra Lorena Pulgarín Benítez.
- Segundo. Ordenar a Saludvida A.R.S. que en el término de seis (6) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, se tomen las medidas necesarias, si no se ha hecho aún, para que a Alejandra Lorena Pulgarín Benítez se le practique evaluación y manejo con especialista en neurología y encefalograma, procedimientos necesarios para atenderla, debido al diagnóstico de epilepsia interrogada que se ha formulado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
