- Primero. Revocar el fallo de instancia y en consecuencia tutelar el derecho al ambiente sano de las peticionarias.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Inderena para que conmine a la Compania Vicon S.A a cumplir con la Resolucion No 00338 de abril 23 de 1991 en un plazo maximo de dos (2) meses calendario. En caso de incumplimiento a dicha fecha, el Inderena debera imponer las sanciones pertinentes en un lapso de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas.
- Tercero. Librar las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para efectos de que se surtan las notificaciones de esta providencia.
