- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 7 de julio de 1995 por el Juzgado 21 de Familia de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
- Segundo. OFICIESE al Fiscal General de la Nación para que, si lo estima pertinente, según la situación del accionante, coordine con las autoridades de policía las medidas encaminadas a la protección de su vida e integridad y la de su familia.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
